SARAJEVO, October 6 (FENA) – Railways are a true test of a country's seriousness: governments come and go, but railways remain. That will be my key message in Washington next week, said Bosnia and Herzegovina's Minister of Communications and Transport Edin Forto ahead of the Annual Meetings of the World Bank and the IMF to be held in mid-October. His remarks followed today’s meeting with a World Bank delegation.
