SARAJEVO, October 2 (FENA) – On September 30, 2025, Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted the final version of its Reform Agenda to the European Commission, a strategic document and prerequisite for accessing funds from the EU Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, a €6 billion program. These funds, available as grants and favorable loans, are aimed at countries committed to deep reforms in line with European standards.
