SARAJEVO, September 29 (FENA) – The greatest security risk for the Western Balkans is not only foreign influence, but also uncertainty regarding the future of Europe and transatlantic relations, said Robin Brooks, an American foreign policy and security expert and former advisor to U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris, in an interview with FENA.
