BiH Parliament House of Representatives MPs refuse to discuss 2025 budget without proposer present

SARAJEVO, September 23 (FENA) – At the emergency session held today, the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina decided not to continue the debate on the Presidency of BiH's request to consider the Draft Law on the Budget of BiH Institutions and International Obligations for 2025 under urgent legislative procedure, without the presence of representatives of the proposer – the BiH Presidency.
