Čavara: Upholding procedural rules is crucial for effective legislation in BiH

SARAJEVO, 11 September (FENA) – Marinko Čavara, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, today condemned attempts to violate parliamentary rules during the 31st session of the House regarding the submission of initiatives and emphasized the importance of adhering to procedural regulations for decision-making in BiH institutions.
