The Troika caucuses: BiH Constitutional Court must annul appointment of the new RS government

SARAJEVO, September 9 (FENA) – The MPs of the Troika coalition in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH (SDP BiH Caucus, People and Justice Caucus, Our Party – BHI KF Caucus) will today submit to the Constitutional Court of BiH a Request for dispute resolution with the entity Republika Srpska regarding the Decision on the appointment of the Prime Minister of RS and the Decision on the appointment of members of the RS Government, adopted by the RS National Assembly at its session held on September 2, 2025.
