SARAJEVO, September 3 (FENA) – Professor of constitutional law Milan Blagojević told FENA that the decision of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RSNA) of September 2, by which the so-called new RS government was elected on the proposal of Milorad Dodik, is contrary to the RS Constitution and the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because it was made on the proposal of Dodik, who is not the President of RS.
