SARAJEVO, August 28 (FENA) – Armin Kržalić, a professor at the Faculty of Criminal Justice, Criminology and Security Studies at the University of Sarajevo, believes that political life in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been marked by sharp divisions for decades, but few issues return to the public sphere as frequently as the question of the legitimacy of the High Representative.
