BiH Public Procurement Agency: Pressure and attempts to block law continue

SARAJEVO, August 13 (FENA) – The Public Procurement Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) stated today, in response to recent public statements by various experts regarding public procurement, that since the moment it, together with the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, supported amendments to the Public Procurement Law and the Criminal Code of BiH, attempts to discredit the institution and to block the laws from different interest groups have not stopped.
