SIPA Union to file criminal complaint over 2025 state budget delays

SARAJEVO, August 8 (FENA) – President of the Union of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), Edin Kahrimanović, has announced the filing of a criminal complaint against all responsible parties involved in the adoption of the 2025 state budget, including the Minister of Finance and Treasury, the Chair of the Council of Ministers, and members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on suspicion of the criminal offense of 'negligent work in public service'.
