OSCE: Preventing early elections would be a direct violation of the rule of law

SARAJEVO, August 7 (FENA) – The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina emphasized that the decisions of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC BiH), as the main body responsible for conducting elections, are defined by the relevant provisions of the BiH Election Law and are binding for all participants in the electoral process, the Mission told FENA regarding the CEC's decision to revoke the mandate of RS President Milorad Dodik.
