BiHPA HoR begins new emergency session as debate on representation ends without outcome

SARAJEVO, July 29 (FENA) – The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina reviewed data on the ethnic representation of employees in BiH institutions, focusing on the causes and consequences of failing to implement the Constitution and relevant laws that require proportional representation of the constituent peoples and Others in BiH institutions. The item was proposed by MPs Jasmin Emrić, Ermina Salkičević-Dizdarević, Elvis Hodžić, Šemsudin Mehmedović, and Aida Baručija.
