Court of BiH convicts Đerić and Ujić in Rasadnik detention case

SARAJEVO, July 22 (FENA) – The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued and publicly announced a first-instance verdict in the case of Zoran Nešković et al. In this verdict, Slaviša Đerić and Nenad Ujić were found guilty of committing the criminal offense of war crimes against the civilian population. For this offense, the Court sentenced Slaviša Đerić to three years in prison and Nenad Ujić to four years in prison.
