SREBRENICA, July 11 (FENA) – Serge Brammertz, Chief Prosecutor of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals, stated at today's commemoration marking the 30th anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica that more than eight thousand Srebrenica residents were, thirty years ago, in what was supposed to be a safe area, persecuted, detained, tortured, and then executed.
