Dodik appears voluntarily before Prosecutor, BiH Court replaces custody with reporting obligations

SARAJEVO, July 6 (FENA) – The Court and Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a joint statement to the public, stating that ''the suspect Milorad Dodik voluntarily appeared before the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, accompanied by his defense attorney, to be questioned as a suspect in connection with an investigation based on reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Attack on the Constitutional Order under Article 156, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH)''.
