SARAJEVO, July 6 (FENA) – After three and a half months of stalling, threats of arrest by SIPA, expulsion of judges, and the adoption of unconstitutional laws that directly attacked the constitutional order, Milorad Dodik appeared before the BiH Prosecutor’s Office and Court and thereby had to admit that the state and its legal system exist, said the President of the Social Democratic Party of BiH, Nermin Nikšić, yesterday.
