SARAJEVO, July 4 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina needs to establish an electoral system built on the principles of non-discrimination, the rule of law, and civic sovereignty, rather than ethnic divisions and political manipulation. This was the key message at today’s conference on election law reform held at the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH in Sarajevo.
