SARAJEVO, June 19 (FENA) – The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milanko Kajganić, stated today at a public hearing in Sarajevo that only the public prosecutor's office of Republika Srpska has jurisdiction over possible abuses related to the establishment, signing, execution, and termination of the concession agreement with the Slovenian company Viaduct, since the concession was granted by the RS institutions.
