NEW YORK, June 11 (FENA) - The Permanent Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations, Ambassador Zlatko Lagumdžija, addressed the UN today and emphasized the importance of extraditing individuals convicted of war crimes in BiH, citing the case of Novak Đukić, and added that there is no basis for the early release of Ratko Mladić.
