RS Supreme Court overturns acquittal in Doboj war crimes case

SARAJEVO, June 5 (FENA) – The Supreme Court of Republika Srpska has overturned the acquittal of Džemal Jukan, who had been cleared of charges related to crimes against the civilian population in Doboj. The case has been sent back to the Doboj District Court for a retrial.
