Constitutional Court of BiH annuls laws passed in RS: An entity cannot seize state competencies

SARAJEVO, May 29 (FENA) - The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has issued a ruling today annulling the Law on the Non-Application of Laws and the Prohibition of the Operation of Unconstitutional Institutions of BiH, the Amendment to the Criminal Code, and the Decision on Measures Arising from the Decisions of Unconstitutional Institutions of BiH, all passed by the Republika Srpska (RS) entity.
