FBiH HoR adopts amendments to FBiH Criminal Code that include femicide as distinct crime

SARAJEVO, May 29 (FENA) – The House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament, after discussing all agenda items of its 21st regular session, voted last night and passed by majority the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH), which treats the aggravated murder of a woman as a specific criminal offense.
