TI BiH warns Brčko District: Draft law on access to information lacks the right to appeal

SARAJEVO, May 21 (FENA) – Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) warns the authorities of Brčko District that the draft of the new law regulating access to information contains numerous shortcomings that contradict international standards and deprive citizens of the right to appeal, thereby burdening them with additional costs.
