Tuzla marks 33rd anniversary of city’s defense: Tribute to defenders and victims of aggression

TUZLA, May 15 (FENA) – With the laying of flowers, speeches by officials, and the presence of a large number of citizens, Tuzla today marked the 33rd anniversary of the defense of the city, one of the key moments in the struggle for the independence and sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina. On behalf of the City of Tuzla, Mayor Zijad Lugavić addressed those gathered, emphasizing the importance of this date not only for the past but also for the future of Tuzla.
