SARAJEVO, May 8 (FENA) – The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) has adopted guidelines for judges and prosecutors on handling cases related to money laundering and the financing of terrorism, as part of efforts to implement MONEYVAL recommendations.
