BiH Prosecution launches case against RS justice minister over defiance of the CC's decision

SARAJEVO, April 25 (FENA) – The State Prosecutor's Office has launched a case against the Minister of Justice of the entity of Republika Srpska, Miloš Bukejlović, for failing to implement a decision of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to temporarily suspend a law that would establish a parallel entity-level judicial regulatory body, Detektor has learned.
