SARAJEVO, April 22 (FENA) – The Tourism Expo Sarajevo 2025 will take place from September 25 to 27 this year at the Skenderija Center.

“At a time when tourism is becoming one of the key pillars of economic development, Bosnia and Herzegovina is gaining an event that will position it among the leading destinations in Southeast Europe. Travel enthusiasts, adventurers, and explorers of new cultures will be in for a treat, as Sarajevo will host the Tourism Expo Sarajevo 2025 from September 25 to 27 at the Skenderija Center. This event is more than just a fair – it’s a window into the tourism soul of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” the organizers announced.

With its rich culture, diverse landscapes, and unique blend of East and West, Bosnia and Herzegovina has a remarkable opportunity to showcase its full tourism potential through Sarajevo, the capital and historic heart of the country. The goal is clear: to make Sarajevo a regional tourism hub and Bosnia and Herzegovina a destination that captivates with its authenticity. Bosnia and Herzegovina deserves that, organizers emphasized.

The fair will gather numerous travel agencies, destinations, institutions, and investors from over 20 countries, and visitors will have the opportunity to experience the richness of different cultures, offers, and ideas.

The Tourism Expo Sarajevo 2025 will feature B2B meetings, engaging and unique panel discussions, interactive workshops, and presentations of innovations, digital solutions, and sustainable practices in tourism.

The spotlight will also be on authentic destinations from across Bosnia and Herzegovina, including cultural heritage, natural beauty, gastronomy, and adventure tourism. A significant segment of the fair will focus on ecological and sustainable tourism, with contributions from environmental protection experts.

“There is great interest from the region as well as from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Sarajevo is positioning itself as a serious business center, and Bosnia and Herzegovina as a whole is becoming increasingly attractive to international tourists,” said the organizing team.

The organizers invite all tourism professionals, institutions, media, and travel enthusiasts to be part of this exceptional event and contribute to the creation and promotion of the tourism future of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
