SARAJEVO, April 17 (FENA) – Edin Forto, Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, following a meeting with the Union of Employees of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Navigation Services Agency (BHANSA) regarding the consequences of the arbitration ruling in the 'Viaduct' case, stated that there are two main issues related to the agency's blockage.
