BANJA LUKA, April 8 (FENA) - The criminal charge against a delegate in the Council of Peoples of Republika Srpska (RS) for a statement made as part of his delegate duties shows that those willing to work against the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina are also ready to act against individuals in entity authorities who think differently, to create fear and conformity.
