SARAJEVO, April 4 (FENA) – The delegates in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina engaged in several hours of debate without an official agenda during the 12th emergency session. Eventually, six delegates—five from the Bosniak Caucus and Zlatko Miletić from the Croat Caucus—decided to walk out, effectively breaking the quorum.
