SARAJEVO, April 3 (FENA) – 130 years ago, the first public power plant in Sarajevo was built, with a capacity of 220 kW. It was a steam power plant that used water from the Miljacka River and was heated by burning solid fuel, mainly coal, said Zijad Bajramović, president of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Committee of CIGRE (BHK CIGRE), in a statement to FENA.
