UNESCO recognition boosts sustainable tourism in Vjetrenica-Popovo Polje

RAVNO, March 28 (FENA) – The protected landscape of Vjetrenica – Popovo Polje welcomed nearly 20,000 visitors in 2024, with the majority coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina, neighboring countries, France, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, said Davor Baković, director of the Vjetrenica Public Enterprise, in an interview with FENA.
