STRASBOURG, March 27 (FENA) – A delegation from the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe (CoE) monitored the 2024 local elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, assessing them as competitive and professionally conducted, though with challenges affecting the electoral process.
