Heavy rainfall expected, rising river levels forecasted

MOSTAR, March 24 (FENA) – Due to heavy rainfall expected over the next three days in northern and eastern Herzegovina, water levels are forecasted to rise at most hydrological stations in the Adriatic Sea basin. This increase will be particularly notable in the floodplain area of the TMT river system (Tihaljina, Mlade, Trebižat), as well as in the middle and lower Neretva River with its tributaries.
