BANJA LUKA, March 18 (FENA) – An international operational action is underway in the areas of Banja Luka, Prnjavor, and Bosanska Gradiška, involving members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
