Bećirović to seek BiH Constitutional Court review and temporary measure on RSNA Acts

SARAJEVO, March 14 (FENA) – Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, will promptly submit a request to the Constitutional Court of BiH for a temporary measure and a request for the review of the constitutionality of the acts adopted during yesterday's session of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (RSNA), including the controversial law on the protection of the constitutional order of the entity and the adoption of the draft of the new Constitution of the Republika Srpska, FENA has learned from the BiH Presidency.
