World Consumer Rights Day - Food prices in BiH have been rising unjustifiably, especially in 2024

MOSTAR, March 12 (FENA) – The number of complaints received by the Consumer Protection Ombudsman Institution in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been continuously increasing for five consecutive years. As in previous years, the complaints have been quite diverse, ranging from telecommunications services to online shopping, said Saša Marić, the Consumer Protection Ombudsman in BiH, in an interview with FENA on the occasion of World Consumer Rights Day.
