SARAJEVO, March 10 (FENA) - The Deputy Chair of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Minister of Defense, Zukan Helez, along with Deputy Ministers Slaven Galić and Aleksandar Goganović, participated today in the session of the Council of Ministers of BiH, where NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte addressed the ministers.
