Stevandić: There is consensus among coalition partners on the need for a new constitution of RS

BANJA LUKA, March 6 (FENA) – The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska, Nenad Stevandić, stated today that there is a political consensus among coalition partners regarding the need to adopt a new Constitution for the Republika Srpska.
