Čović: BiH must ensure functionality of institutions and European progress

SARAJEVO, March 5 (FENA) – We are in a deep crisis regarding the functioning of all institutions at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, said Dragan Čović, president of the HDZ BiH, in an interview with FENA, commenting on the first-instance verdict for the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the actions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska.
