SARAJEVO, March 4 (FENA) – The Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nikola Špirić, announced a one-hour recess after nearly two hours of delegate discussion on the agenda, during which some delegates pointed out what they described as violations of the Rules of Procedure.
