BANJA LUKA, February 28 (FENA) – Without the presence of the opposition from SDS, PDP, and the List for Justice and Order, the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (RSNA) last night urgently adopted laws on the non-implementation of laws and banning the operation of what are described as 'extra-constitutional' institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
