SARAJEVO, February 21 (FENA) – The Women's Rights Center has submitted an initiative to the Ministry of Justice of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH), calling for an urgent amendment to the Family Law to introduce an explicit ban on charging fees for mandatory mediation services required before initiating divorce proceedings when spouses have minor children.
