SARAJEVO, February 18 (FENA) - The emergency session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA), which discussed the proposal for the dismissal of Nikola Špirić from the position of a member of the Collegium of the House of Peoples, was adjourned due to a lack of quorum.
