British Embassy in BiH: Concept of RS statehood is incompatible with Dayton Peace Agreement

SARAJEVO, February 14 (FENA) - The Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is clear: BiH is a single, sovereign state consisting of the two entities and the Brčko District. The Dayton Peace Agreement provides the legal and constitutional foundation of BiH and must be upheld by all actors and signatories. The UK is clear that the concept of Republika Srpska statehood, and therefore the celebration of it, is incompatible with the Dayton Peace Agreement, the British Embassy in BiH announced on its Facebook profile.
