BANJA LUKA, February 11 (FENA) – Nine months after withdrawing the draft law on non-governmental organizations (NGOs) from the parliamentary procedure, the Government of the Republika Srpska (RS) has once again finalized the text of the law, which will be submitted for parliamentary procedures.
