BiH sues the HNC Government and investors over solar power plant concessions

MOSTAR, January 30 (FENA) - The Attorney General's Office of BiH, as the legal representative of the state of BiH, has filed lawsuits before the Municipal Court in Mostar to determine the nullity of concession agreements signed by the Government of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (HNC) with investors for the construction of solar power plants in the areas of Miljkovići and Međine in the City of Mostar.
