MOSTAR, January 28 (FENA) - The Institution of the Ombudsman for Consumer Protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina fully supports consumer action in all activities that will highlight the disproportionate power of retailers over consumers and the one-sided approach to setting prices and profits, said Saša Marić, the Ombudsman for Consumer Protection in BiH, commenting on the announced boycott of shops in the country for Friday, January 31.
