BANJA LUKA, January 28 (FENA) - The Government of the Republika Srpska has made a decision that this year the minimum wage will be differentiated based on qualifications. Thus, the lowest wage of 900 KM will continue to be received only by unqualified workers, while the minimum wage of 950 KM will apply to qualified workers, or those with a three-year secondary school education.
