SARAJEVO, January 24 (FENA) - The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina approved a proposal last night to reconstruct the Council of Ministers of BiH, which includes the dismissal of the BiH Security Minister Nenad Nešić.
